Take Bruckner Expressway about 1 ½ miles; Exit at Bronx River Parkway. (NOTE: Do NOT get on the Parkway after exiting.)  3. After exiting, take the first right turn, Morrison Ave.  4. Go 1 block on Morrison Ave. and turn right on Story Avenue.  5. Take Story Avenue about ½ mile, just before road ends, our gate is on the right side. (Close Avenue) Note: If you miss the turn onto Morrison Ave, do NOT take the Bronx River Parkway. Instead, go 1 more block and then turn right. From Throgs Neck Bridge:  1. After toll, take the left fork (G.W. Bridge / Triboro Bridge). 2. In approximately ½ mile, take right fork. 3. Follow signs to Triboro Bridge, Bruckner Expressway – 278 West. 4. Once on Bruckner Expressway, get off at first exit, White Plains Road. 5. At traffic light, White Plains Road, turn left. 6. Cross over Expressway, continue 1 block, turn right on Story Avenue. 7. Continue on Story Avenue approximately 2 miles. 8. Just before Story Avenue ends, turn right onto Close Ave. (Private street with gate).
